Product prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue items, collections, or categories at any time.
We shall not be liable for modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of any service or product line.

6. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Certain products may be available exclusively online. Colours, textures, and finishes shown on screen may differ from those of physical items, depending on device calibration.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, restrict orders, and impose SKU-level purchase rules to protect inventory integrity.

7. BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order, including those suspected of being bulk orders, orders with a high risk of fraud, reseller activity, or orders that breach our PO-Box shipping restrictions.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All shipping timelines are estimates only.
JCKD does not take responsibility for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather events, or incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
Our shipping partners do not support PO Boxes. Orders placed with PO Boxes may be delayed until a physical address is provided.

9. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

The full Returns & Exchange policy applies and forms part of these Terms. Key conditions:

  • 30-day return window for eligible items, customer covers change-of-mind shipping

  • JCKD covers return shipping for faulty or incorrect items

  • Pre-orders and limited drops are cancellable until packed

  • All cancellation requests must be emailed to crue@jckd.shop before dispatch

10. OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We provide access to third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, analytics, apps, and subscription processors) without exercising any monitoring or control.
