What is your return policy?

- Not listed under Non-Returnable Items
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for change-of-mind or incorrect-size exchanges.
JCKD covers return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once the return has been inspected and approved, a store credit will be issued, and an email will be sent confirming the credit. Customers can then use the store credit to order the correct size or an alternative item of their choice. Standard shipping rates apply to the new order.
This is why we strongly recommend that customers review our detailed size charts before making a purchase to ensure accurate sizing and minimise unnecessary return costs.
What items are non-returnable?
- Final Sale items (clearly marked on product page)
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, wash, alteration, or damage after delivery
- Items missing packaging/tags (except for trying on for fit)
How do I request a refund or exchange?
Customers can now log into their JCKD account and submit a return request directly through the Returns Portal for faster processing.
Alternatively, you can email crue@jckd.shop with your Order #, item(s), and reason.
We’ll issue an RMA number and return address. Pack securely, write the RMA on the label, and return via tracked courier. Once received, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit.
If a refund is requested and a gift voucher was used, the refund will first be reissued to the voucher. If multiple payment methods were used, the voucher will be refunded first, and any remaining balance will be returned to the other payment method(s).
How long does it take to process a refund?
- Inspection within 3–5 business days of arrival
- Refund issued to your original payment method (banks may take 2–5 business days)
- You’ll get a confirmation email once complete
Do you offer exchanges?
We can only facilitate size/colour exchanges for the same product. We cannot exchange for a different style/product. If your requested size/colour is sold out when your return is received, a 12-month store credit will be issued.
Return shipping is your cost; for NZ addresses, JCKD covers outbound replacement shipping once per order.
👉 Tip: To secure stock, place a new order for the size/colour you want and request a refund for the return.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
Email CRUE@JCKD.SHOP within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the fault/incorrect item
- A short description
We’ll provide a paid return label if needed and resolve with repair, replacement, or refund. If no replacement is available, you can choose refund or store credit.
⚠️ Note: Faulty/incorrect items are assessed carefully and may take longer to resolve.
Bundles, gifts & promos
How do returns work?
- Returning part of a bundle recalculates the price; any kept discount is deducted from the refund.
- Free gifts linked to a purchase must be returned unused if the qualifying item is returned.
- Refunds reflect the amount actually paid (after discounts/codes).
Other conditions
- Items must be returned in original condition, inside a protective satchel or box (e.g., shoeboxes must not be taped or marked).
- JCKD is not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of tracking.
