OREDRS & PAYMENTS
Can I edit or cancel my order after purchase?
Yes, you can cancel or edit your order until it’s packed or collected by the courier. After dispatch, you’ll need to follow our [Returns & Exchanges] page. If you entered the wrong address, email support@jckd.shop immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Zip Pay, After Pay, Crypto Currencies and JCKD gift cards. Discount codes can be applied at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions on JCKD
are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We never store
your card details; your data is protected end-to-end.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our dispatch centre in New Zealand.
How long does delivery take?
- New Zealand: 1–3 business days (rural may take longer)
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–15 business days

Will I need to pay duties or taxes on international orders?
Orders under AUD $1,000 to
Australia usually avoid duties/GST. Other countries may charge import
duties/taxes set by local customs. JCKD doesn’t cover these fees. See

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused,
unwashed, and with tags/packaging. Customer pays for change-of-mind
returns; JCKD covers faulty/incorrect items. Full details on our [Returns & Exchanges] page.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email support@jckd.shop with
your Order #, item(s), and reason. We’ll issue an RMA number and return
address. Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your
refund, exchange, or store credit. Start here:[Returns & Exchanges].
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
Email support@jckd.shop within 30 days with photos and your order number.
We’ll send you a prepaid return label if needed and fix it with repair,
replacement, or refund. See[Returns & Exchanges]for the process.
PRODUCTS & QUALITY
Do JCKD clothes shrink?
All our gear is preshrunk, meaning it’s treated to minimise shrinkage. Follow the wash instructions on the care label to keep the fit locked in.
Will the colours fade?
We use premium combed cotton, colour fast dye's anti-pill fleece, and durable inks. avoid harsh detergents, and air dry.
What fabrics do you use?
Our tees and tanks are 100%
combed cotton (180–220 GSM), hoodies are 350 GSM cotton/recycled
polyester fleece, and shorts feature quick-dry mesh with Dri-FIT tech.

Do you offer a size guide?
Yes, every product links to our full [Size Guide] with body measurements, garment fits (oversized, classic, etc.), and model references.
