All our gear is preshrunk — meaning it’s treated to minimise shrinkage. Follow the wash instructions on the care label to keep the fit locked in.
WILL THE COLOURS FADE?
We use premium combed cotton, anti-pill fleece, and durable inks. Like all streetwear, colours stay bold longest if you cold wash inside-out, avoid harsh detergents, and air dry.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM
Yes, within 30 days. If an item you want is out of stock, we can give you a 12-month store credit
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY
Email support@jckd.shop within 30 days with photos and your order number. We’ll send you a prepaid return label if needed and fix it with repair, replacement, or refund.
