Shipping Policy

Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2PM NZST (Monday–Friday) are fulfilled within 24 hours and dispatched within 48 hours. Orders placed after 2 PM or on Fridays, weekends/public holidays will be fulfilled the next business day and shipped within 48 hours of fulfilment.

Delivery Times

• New Zealand (Domestic)
  
• North Island: Overnight delivery
  
• South Island: 2–4 business days
  Rural deliveries may take an extra 1–2 days

 

Australia

• Standard shipping: 4–10 business days
  
• Express shipping: 2–5 business days
  

Rest of World

• Standard international shipping: 7–14 business days
  
• Shipping times may vary based on location and customs processing
  
  

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available for retail orders over NZD $150 (within NZ only).

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are the customer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office before placing your order.
