Shipping Policy
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2PM NZST (Monday–Friday) are processed and dispatched the following morning. Orders placed after 2PM or on Friday or weekends/public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Delivery Times
- NEW ZEALAND (Domestic)
- North Island: Overnight delivery
- South Island: 2–4 business days
- Rural deliveries may take an extra 1–2 days
- AUSTRALIA
- Standard shipping: 4–10 business days
- Express shipping: 2–5 business days
- REST OF THE WORLD
- Standard international shipping: 7–14 business days
- Shipping times may vary based on location and customs processing
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available for retail orders over NZD $100 (within NZ only).
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local
customs office before ordering.
